Open concept with three air-conditioned or fan-cooled bedrooms, two queen sized beds and one twin bedded tastefully decorated with en-suite bathrooms.

The living area and dining room overlook the large infinity swimming pool (20m2) and a landscaped lawn area which is perfect for small parties or a candle-lit dinner. Using only natural materials with a combination of alang-alang roofing and sirap wood this Bali villa blends in with its surroundings.

Downstairs you will find a cosy games area. Peacefully located in the quiet, scenic area of Banjar Anyar in the Kerobokan district. Villa Banteng Bawah comprises of two villas (Atas and Bawah) overlooking some of Bali's spectacular rice terraces. Particularly stunning around sunset.

Villa Banteng Bawah comprises of three bedrooms and is located next door to Villa Banteng Atas. Built on a single level, this Bali villa is tastefully decorated with its own private lap pool, (15 metre) landscaped gardens, a sunken lounge and zen area with a swing.

All bedrooms have seperate bathroom en-suites, spacious living and dining area, satellite televison, DVD player, CD player, IDD telephone, safety deposit box, fully staffed with 2 cooks and 24 hour security.

Villa Banteng Bawah is well suited for families or couples, only 30 minutes to Bali's International airport and 10 minutes to the fashionable district of Seminyak. Our villa rates include airport transfers and daily continental breakfast.Maximum occupancy: 6 persons

1. Rate Inclusion: -Welcome drink, breakfast where stipulated, full time staff and taxes, -Complimentary laundry service. -Food & Beverage, telephone, car rental, any loss and breakages are additional cost, -20% service charge is applicable on top of any shopping receipts.

2. Seasons Period:

   High :   Feb 04 - Feb 11, Mar 21 - Mar 28, Jul 01 - Jul 31

3. Minimum Stay: -2 Nights for Low Season;-5 Nights for High Season; -7 Nights for Peak Season

4. Cansellation: Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non refundable.

5. Payment Terms:
   -To confirm any reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
   -50% balance is due 45-days prior to guests arrival, or immediately if less than 30-days to guarantee your reservation.
   -Once the balance of payment is received it is non-refundable.
   -No show - No refunds given.
   -Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the sender
   -Reservations are handled on first come - first serve basis.

6. Check-Out Time:
   Check-in time is 14:00hours. Check-out time is 12:00hours.
   Late check-out beyond 14:00hours will be charged at 50% of the villa rate and Full night applies after 2300hours.
